smps damn noisy for 5mins

Hi am from india. My new build pc
... i3 6100, gigabyte mobo, 4gb ram kingston, old cabinet & old smps 450w ....smps make noise damn at the start of pc & remains at least 5mins long & then runs smoothly whole day....should i replace this smps with the new one? Please help..

It's probably fan rattling, either fix or change it or SMPS.
