I am comparing the IPS glow between two monitors, and what I have noticed is that although they both cover about the same areas, one of the monitor's glow looks "smudgy" (for lack of better terms). I even tried to use a microfiber cloth to wipe the 2nd monitor, but it did not change the pattern at all. Has anyone seen that before? It is only noticeable on dark screens. It looks like fingerprint/smudge marks but made under the screen.

I hope these pictures can show what I mean.

Have you tried taking a cloth that isn't abrasive(micro fibre) and used soap + water solution to wipe the screen's panel(while powered off and disconnected from power source(without letting the liquid seep into the panel? If so then you should look into replacing the panel(provided they yet have a warranty period on them).

Please include the make and model of the panels as well.
