SSD SN850X 4TB - Look at this write speed that particular test RND4K
What kind of joke is that assuming performance of this drive is top?
B760 MOBO, Windows 10

On same OS: Old 970 EVO PLUS for me is over 4x faster in that test.

Tried as primary os and as secondary, drive brand new.
Any hope for that? TRIM and Write cache enabled.

What are the complete specs for this system (make/model of all installed components)? Details matter in order to assess performance properly.

Its difficult to compare without knowing whether or not there are any thermal pads or cooling involved in the mounting. Plus you're comparing drives of different capacities.

Looks normal.

On Samsung drive you had rapid mode enabled.
That's why you had higher benchmark results with it.
