snapdragon 820,830 in future vs i3 6300 which is better in terms of performance

i'm asking this question to know that can sd-820 perform better than i3 6300 in terms of performance if yes than will smartphones surpass i7 haswell,broadwell,skylake performance as well in future

Snapdragon CPUs won't outperform desktop CPUs ever. The low power/low thermals will never allow equivalent performance. The market for ARM based servers has gone nowhere. A few web servers and other "light" hosts, but nothing to compete with X86.

also can i assume that snapdragon 820 with adreno 520 is fast as core2duo,dual core,pentium 4 or am i stilll wrong in that because i have seen that phones can easily play gta san andreas and resident evil 4,5
