Finished my HTPC'ish build. Decided to run a 1660 TI, cause it fit the price point I was looking for. Having a really wierd display bug, HDMI and Displayport both. whenever I am running Windows 10 it will randomly pop up a black screen, for maybe 3-5 seconds, then the display kicks back on. almost like the TV dropped connection.... (43' Vizio SmartTV) The wierd part is that the only thing that seems to make a difference in preventing this from happening is playing audio via the hdmi or displayport..... like if its playing audio to the TV.

Am I just experiencing a driver bug because its such a new card? I've tried 3 cables thus far, but i guess it could still be the cable itself... could it be the TV? am I just missing the obvious?

Its Windows 10 64 bit Pro
Ryzen 7 2700x
32 Gigs of Ballistic RAM (3000 Mhz)
Gigabyte 1660 ti windforce
ASUS ROG Strix b450-F

Noctua CPU Cooler
550w Supersonic PSU
TPLink Network Card

It is still doing it after the latest driver update (3/5/19)
