Question So i cannot figure out how to fix this

Ok so nearly everytime i turn on my pc it disconnects my router from the internet, a local internet engineer said the pc is giving off signals that are too high for the router to handle? so im really unsure of what the hell it could be, ive tried disconnecting anything plugged in externally and it still happens

my build is:
Ryzen 5 3600
16gb vengeance lp 3200mhz
Rtx 2070 (oc)
EVGA 600BR

I also have a usb expansion card
1 120gb sata ssd (boot drive)
nvme ssd 1tb
1tb HDD


any suggestions on how i can fix this would be much appreciated

Are you sure he was an enginner?
yes, from BT (he had some kind of testing device with him) well i probably worded it poorly (cant remember what word he use) a frequency maybe? whatever it was called he said that is has a maximum load a router can handle but whatever my pc was giving off whenever i boot it up was too much and causes the router to lose internet connection (this is also without my pc even being connected to the router)

What type of internet connection do you have leading out of the house?
What model router?
How is your PC connected to the router (Wifi, Ethernet, etc..)?
Did the internet (leading out of the house) really go down, or was is in fact your local Wifi that went down and the actual internet was OK?

Its a fibre connection but fttc

my pc is not connected to the router (I use 4g tethering but ive already tested this without that connected)
The router disconnects from the internet, it starts flashing purple (BT have sent out multiple engineers in the past and found no actual issue, the last engineer was the one who determined the pc was causing the issue)
 
If you have fibre and you believe 4G Data on the mobile network causes a problem, then why not use the fibre connection with ethernet.
Or are you saying that is isn't 4G that is the problem and it is the PC itself (even with the 4G phone turned off and no Wifi nor Ethernet to router)?

If you are saying it is the PC standalone , then there is only a few options
1) EMI. Too much electromagnetic radiation from the PC. Is the PC in a fully enclosed metal case? Does the PC have a grounded power cable. Can you move the PC further away from the router as a test. Inverse-square law means double the distance will quarter the power of the EMI. Does the PC have a Wifi function / card. Try turning it off if it has.

2) Power supply spikes on the power circuit. Can you move the PC to another power circuit?

3) Something is wrong with the router.
