How do you think, can I install a SSD into this thing? I don't have much experience with SSDs, but I remember you have to change some settings in BIOS, and its BIOS most likely doesn't support it. Also, I've seen they were running Windows 7. Will it work good with Ubuntu 15.04? I understand, my questions might be stupid, but I'd really like to know this.

This is a true story: A buddy at my old I.T. shop attempted to retrofit/resuscitate a Netvista, he spent days and almost went postal. Apparently the IBM machines are highly proprietary built.
