Are you asking why you're not capping to 240 FPS or why you're not always getting it?

I’m wondering why I’m not always getting it like some spots in the game I know I should be getting it…and it doesn’t…and I have a Ryzen 9 5950x GeForce Rtx 3080 32GB Corsair RGB MSI Power supply and 2TB hard drive and 250 SSD
