Question So i have some OS in my laptop and dont know what!

Hello all!
So i have this laptop and i am trying to install windows from a boot pen. The problem is it gives me the error "your pc ran into a problem" (because of Kernel security...) and i cant install windows on it.
I guess the last owner had some OS there or something that was not windows like in the photo! Is this from Linux? Do i need to uninstall this to install windows? How do i install windows if the message "error, your pc ran into a problem" pops up and i have to start all again?

You have to boot into BIOS, reset settings to default, and proceed. If there's BIOS password - ask previous owner about it, not here.

A make / model of that laptop would be nice to be known.
