I have an Asus TUF gaming z690 Plus WIFI (DDR5)
The user manual has how to plug in everything except the case wires so you can turn on the computer.

There is no possible way to use any case (Never mind the NZXT H7 Flow) with this motherboard because it has no place on the motherboard to plug in the case cords to the motherboard. The manual doesn't even have them listed in any diagram.

Think I'm kidding, go read the manual and you will see the only plug configuration missing from it, is the cords on the case

I just find this so ridiculous it's now turned funny.

Might want to elaborate on your understanding of case cords. Are you referring to front panel ports or front panel power/reset/HDD/power LED's? If you're looking for the latter, you flip the manual to page 1-19, chapter 1, bullet point 16, that info should be used in conjunction with your case's manual or the connectors. There's an arrow on the connectors to signify the positive(+ve) terminal. The lead without any marking is deemed to logically be the negative(-ve) terminal.

FYI, chapter 2 of the motherboard's manual deals with assembling the system, you flip to the prior pages to corroborate the ports, their locations and the pinouts.
