I am have a AMD 8320 and i need ram for my next step in building. Which on of these too will work better? Also will these work on an ASUS m5a99x evo 2.0?

Solution
Higher bandwidth is always better then timings. But unless you plan to overclock, i wouldn't take the 14900 (1866 MHz).. its pretty pointless in performance, the 12800 (1600 MHz) will do great. If you do plan to overclock the 14900 (1866 MHz) will help in achieving more stable overclocks.. And yes, they'll work fine with that ASUS m5a99x evo 2.0..

With AMD and your CPU, I'd go the 1866 regardless, the higher bandwidth can really help especially as, comparatively speaking, the AMD CPUs have weak MCs (memory controllers) so the gain you can get from the higher bandwidth will help....take a look at comparisons sometime from AMD and Intel. , as far as DRAM performance
