I may be in error (its that time of the week) but I would buy a solid state drive and install 7 on it from scratch before I did anything else.I am pretty sure that is what that analysis is coming up with and it will take a lot of issues out of the equation.
(That system is still plenty good, a solid state drive will make it un distinguishable from any new one).
Just make sure it is a 240/250+ gig ssd, crucial bx as a minimum.
That test is also showing your ram is a bit 'Pants'. But that will not have changed since you built it,the Hard drive may have.

Recommendations? Yeh. The crucial BX 200 line. No other software needed.
The samsungs are faster but un noticeable in the real world.
I've seen one complaint about crucial which is why I use one.Samsung crop up often.(Not recently, I must fairly add)
Get a 250 gig ssd and come back, if you still have issues. (I doubt it).
Re installing on a fresh ssd removes faulty o/s, faulty/old drivers, faulty drive,corrupt o/s, malware as culprits_ list is endless.
And put the o/s on the ssd with no other drives installed.. you can copy info about later.
Installing windows with another hdrive installed will make the install reliant on the second hard drive for the primary boot record.so just the SSD in when you install windows.

So, would this make my ATA Hitachi HDS72101 basically useless? I haven't really learned enough about SSD's and HDD's to make an educated choice.
This may also be a question you can't answer, but would this help my cpu, because I stream on Twitch and have run into High encoding issues, would changing to the SSD help with the issue?

Sorry, but I have no idea what DRAM is, nor how to determine it. I don't have anything overclocked on the computer, everything is a factory standards.

I think I found what you meant, however it makes little sense to me Undefined SUPERTALENT02 2x4GB

With an X79 You can greatly increase the performance by OCing the CPU, could also show overall increasing the DRAM to a 4x set instead of the 2x you are using. The X79 is made for quad channel memory use, you are utilizing dual channel with only 2 sticks of memory

So what would you recommend I buy/ change, and would you still also recommend I get an SSD, im looking at the Samsung 850 Pro Series Internal Solid State Drive (SSD), 2.5-Inch, 256GB SATA III, 3-D Vertical. Just from looking through reviews and benchmarks, this looks like the best choice.

For the different RAM, would you recommend me some RAM because I've only used it when we were using it in Highschool to see if we could make a school computer fast, so I have no idea what I should be looking for. Hell, im not sure if I can still use mine if I do buy more or how it works...

Now I know this may seem irrelevant but do you have any idea if doing this would help with allowing me to stream at 60 fps or better then I currently can with my setup as is? Its a question that I can understand if you don't know.

Alright, i'm gonna get the RAM ordered and with any luck, i'll be able to put it in in a couple of days, thanks. The SSD went up in price so I mght wait for it to drop a tad before buying.

Do you have latest BIOS? Could check that. MIght also try raising the vCore (CPU voltage) a little ( say + 0.06). Do you have access to a different PSU you can try?
