[SOLVED] So i ran crystal disk disk info on the home computer

Solution
Reallocated = sectors on the drive have failed and the data was able to be moved to a spare sector.
Uncorrectible = failed sectors and data was not able to be rescued/moved.

If you have important data then you should always assume your drive is about to die and maintain a good backup strategy.

Right now you only have 3 sectors failed. In addition to backing up important data (or the whole drive for an easy restore to a new drive) just keep an eye on it and if it starts to increase then replace the drive.
