So i wanted to upgrade my 32bit windows 10 to 64bit. But I kinda failed, and ended up with the same 32bit system. I've read alot about how to upgrade to 64-bit, but i can't understand it! Can you make a "upgrading to 64-bit for dummies"? I'd really appreciate it

well if you chose the right options (manually select partition to install to) and it does what it suppose to then it wont touch other drives. but if anything goes wrong.... why its good to have a backup.

but are the other drives "FGHE" ect actually a different hard drives or are they partitions on just one hard...
Hi Ezzeddin
A bit thin on info I am affraid. I can can only guess your PC may not be 64 bit capable, that's why you ended up back with 32 bit as Windows won't install 64bit if not supported.
As for guide to installing 64bit just Google for info, plenty out there.
You can also Google for "Speccy" which is a free app to full specs on your system. It will tell you in detail what you have got in the box.

Hi NZTinker 😀
I checked on Cpu-z, and my computer is capable of running 64-bit. I just don't know why it didn't install 64-bit 🙁

"upgrade my 32bit windows 10 to 64bit." are you doing a clean install or "upgrade" install...I don't think you can do an upgrade install from 32 bit to 64 bit but have to do a clean install. of course that means reformatting that drive so make sure to back it up. if any of this applys

by reformatting drive do u mean just C or every other drives like F,G,H,E also?......if it wipes out F,G,H,E also then im <Mod Edit>....
