Hi,
So, I am in the market for a video card, an ATi video card. I have a new system I just built, but it is lacking a video card, although the onboard isn't half bad as I discovered.
I am looking for a midrange card (mainstream), and I am willing to spend anywhere from $70-150. I know the ATi 5750 is a very nice new card. However I am thinking that is might not be worth it for me, but you could help me decide on that. The computer is used a good lot for Flight Simulator X, which only runs on DX9/DX10. A DX11 card isn't going to do squat for me, but, will the actual card's hardware be a good investment by itself?
Could I cut about $40 off by getting a 4770, or possibly a 4670. Opinions on the upcoming 5670?
Specs:
AMD Athlon II X4 620
ASUS AM3 785G-M Evo
4GB G.Skill DDR3 1333
Seasonic 430W Modular PSU
ATi Radeon HD4200
