SO many frame drops!

i5 4690k
R9 270x
ASUS Z97-K

I was playing titanfall on integ yesterday and it wasfine but when I put in my new gpu today there are so many drops, why?

500w EVGA.
I only took one(only showed one) the catalyst one and it runs fine on BF4 so I think it is justTitanfall. Also played CSGO

I am also getting very bad frame drops with that cpu on World of Tanks.
