so much fps drop

I have so much fps drop, in all games, I tried everything............................
So I contacted Lenovo and Nvidia, but they didn't help. I tried reinstalling windows or something like that, but didn't help either. What should I do? My laptop is lenovo g580 20150 intel B960 2.20Ghz..
Nvidia Gt635m video card and integrated intel vga. And I am using the nvidia, but it drops in games, even in very low settings. I will try to clean the vents, but I don't think that will help, so tell me what to do. I am trying to fix this problem maybe 2 months long. And nothing. I saw this site tomshardware and you solved so many problems. If you can help me too this would be great.

Thanks you for the reply. I tried every single driver for my nvidia card nothing, so if you can do something I will be glad to hear it !
And if you think the video card is garbage, well it's not
, because like 5 weeks ago I played on very high with 60 fps without any drop 5 hours straight.

1. Did you install some application (especially which runs on background)? Go to Program and Features, then Uninstall everything u dont need.

2. Go to Start, type "Power Option", set it to High Performance (maybe it has been set on "Power Saver" till now?).

3. Try to use cleaner applications and remove cache garbages.

4. When gaming, check your Windows Notification at system tray/task bar, I do experience noticeable FPS drop while Windows does automatic backups. U may want to turn off automatic maintenance for this.

5. If u have system restore files, just restore ur windows to go back to when it was still plays smoothly.

Actually, you can simply identify what process causes heavy load when gaming. Just open Task Manager than click CPU to sort it descending. You'll be likely find some that uses much CPU resource.

Ok I did to 4. but I can't do 5 because I reinstalled my laptop, it was wayy to back, like 4 weeks ago when it was running smoothly. So now I will try to play the games. Thank you for your reply! Nope, I tried, but it's still dropping, but thanks for trying at least
