So my Pc Wont Boot up and stay on

So my pc wont boot up, when it does boot up it shuts off immediately. My ram is weird though, the bottom of it isn't flat is uneven is this good? Or Is this creating the issue?

Hi,

Yes a bad or an improperly seated ram-stick will surely result in a similar behavior.
What type of computer is it: manufacturer and model?
Ram: manufacturer and model, size and how many?

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, make sure that the ram-sticks are properly seated in their respective slots.
Restart the computer.

Still he same problem? Unplug the power cord...
Try to remove the ram-stick you suspect is giving this problem and try if there are one more.. that is still in place.
Test again, if not exchange the ram-sticks between each other and try again.
