Specs:
Ryzen 7600
MSI B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI
32GB CORSAIR 5600Mhz RAM (OC to 6000Mhz at default EXPO timings)
GIGABYTE 7700XT
CORSAIR RM750x PSU
CRUCIAL P3 1TB SSD

So I have my CPU undervolted and mildly overclocked using PBO, got -30 stable, power limit set to motherboard and used the boost clock OC section to set 200Mhz through PBO (max it allows is 200Mhz anyway). The problem is that when I then try lower my SOC voltage, it crashes on literally any number below 1.3v, at Auto it defaults to 1.3-1.31 and that works perfect, if I manually set 1.3 its fine, but if I go a crumb below that, constant lock up and PC reset. Is this due to my RAM being overclocked to 6000Mhz from 5600Mhz? I did this RAM OC without changing anything else, not the timings or voltage, it's never given me a problem. Any insight appreciated!

What BIOS version are you currently on?

The range for SoC voltage is 1.25v~1.3v, you being on 1.3v is actually good. Try with PBO disabled, and the overclock on the ram disabled as well and see if you need lower voltage for the SoC.
