Question Socket 478 P4 Overclock Questions

Hello. I have a P4B533 motherboard with a P4 3.06 ghz 478. I am trying to overclock it for optimal performance (I am trying to play Fallout 3) by overclocking the processor and PCI bus as much as possible. i have a 1 GB GT 9400 PCI. I am aware that the PCI bus is a major bottleneck. I have the FSB up to 145 and the PCI bus up to 90/45 from 66/33. How much farther can I push this chip? I can post pictures of the BIOS options fo that would help you help me. I checked don youtube and all of the videos are in other languages and don't really show the actual settings. Thanks.

There were some 200fsb socket 478CPUs. They required DDR-400 RAM. 3.4GHz was the max. speed I believe. So there may be more in it.
