Software Issue Logitech G19s

Hey Guys i have the logitech G19s Keyboard which has a small screen attached and tried downloading the software for it and keeps coming up not compatible with this software. I have double checked the software I'm installing is the proper one which it is anyone have any advice or suggestions?

Make sure that you install the right architecture. The 64-bit drivers are for 64-bit operating systems, and the 32-bit drivers are for 32-bit operating systems.

Checked that my system is a 64-bit and installed the 64-bit still having issues.
