[SOLVED] Software to cap FPS?

Hi everyone, I'd like to buy an RX6600 to play with enhanced graphics but the issue is the fps, I suffer from motion sickness and I need some software to limit the fps to a constant 30.
Note:
I've tried Radeon Chill but after testing it the fps jump from 30 to 100 all the time.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

MSI Afterburner comes with RTSS (Riva Tuner Statistics Server). You can use that to cap the FPS.
