Software to tell me what motherboard Ram Type and CPU?

It is has been a long time since I built my system.
I thought I had some software in the past that would tell me the RAM CPU and motherboard that I have.

I am lazy, and don't want to drag my case out and open it up.

i have pcwizard 06 and hear that 07 is out.
