What? Are you saying you can read that encoding language? Do you even PC?

Check out Daemon Tools. I am always amazed at all the awesome stuff that tool can do. It may very well help you here as well. No guarantees. VS may also have some tricks, but without the Dev knowledge on how to use VS 2015, that could be difficult.

You can set the file type manually with windows when you save the file.

Save the file (Save as) and simply set the save as type to "All Files (*.*)

Then simply save the file as File.po or File.locale

I use NotePad personally

Alright. i must say one more thing about the file locale...

it has the special characters that is encoded from english to something.. i dont recognize at all. it look like this:

þþ€ nÃ,ý îÚ,ïøøùÃ%óÿýçõÿÀ#ôþùÇô#,ý îá
óþÿÈô6
öÿÏóþûþüô#2÷ýóØ1÷ÿþïÀô0%í
ýúèÛüú Ï1÷ € Å ùý
õ€ ¨ ùý
õá þ€
Âôøùïóø þ€ ³E¼+ïþï

when i convert file locale to a file.po.. and i can use notepad to look at these lines.. that are translated into english from special characters. so the problem is how do i encode these english in that special character above.. especially these english can be converted into these special character if i use the converter "from file.po to file.locale"

but as far as i know.. there is no such converter that can do this.. thats what i can't figure it out is these special character how do i encode these english into.

what i mean is: I converted the file.locale into file.po where its also translated into english so i can read these lines.. but if you convert file.po back to file.locale... then the english will be back in these special characters...

yes i know how to use my own PC..

i will check out the Daemon Tools.. and let you know
