Solar app won't show up on screen, please help.

I have one of those swanky Logitech keyboards that can be charged with the power of the sun. However, the application that shows how much the keyboard is charged and if I need to charge it does not show up on the screen. For a long time it worked fine, but I noticed that if I opened the app, closed it, then opened it again, the small window would have opened a little more to the right of the screen each time. One time, this happened where it opened so far to the right that it overlapped with the taskbar and most of the window was just completely off the screen. This made it impossible to click and drag the window to the right so I could see it. I closed it and opened it again, but this time it wasn't visible on screen at all. Does anyone know how I can fix this, because as of now it is impossible for me to know how much energy my keyboard has.

Try something like this(tab key to select the app, right mouse click to get properties, then select move)
