I know that vram is soldered to the PCB and all, but I was wondering if you could buy a bigger vram chip or whatever, remove the smaller from the pcb and solder the new one.
Like a gtx 1060, it has 3gbs, could I remove the 6gb from another 1060 and resolder it on the 3gb?
And if yes, is there a website that sells components like those?

No you can't do that.
