Solid Orange Light on Asus B250

I am getting a solid orange light, I googled a lot, tried many things to make it work but still the same problem, I also tried putting the RAM on other slots but still the same.
My system is not even booting up, so can't even reach BIOS setup.

My built:
CORSAIR SMPS VS450
CORSAIR MID TOWER CABINET 100R
G.SKILL DESKTOP RAM RIPJAWS V 8GB DDR4 2400MHZ
MSI GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5 T OC V1
ASUS MOTHERBOARD ROG STRIX B250F GAMING
INTEL PROCESSOR CORE i5-7500

Edit: I am building a new pc, with all these above components, the computer has not even booted once.

As far as I can tell from the pictures, it's the CPU LED that is lit. This signals problem with CPU. But could also be problem with PSU or motherboard. Also might be problem with wrong BIOS version (should not happen, but we have seen it here).
Start with taking picture of a sticker on mobo, it should have BIOS number.

Was not able to find any sticker.
And it's the second led, the one which says DRAM_LED.

The ASUS ROG STRIX B250F has four "Post State LED's
1: Boot Device
2: VGA
3: DRAM
4: CPU
Looking at your picture it looks like the "CPU led" is on so you have an error with the cpu.
Carefully remove heatsink and cpu and check for any bent pins, if it looks good the replace everything making sure the heatsink is firmly secured to motherboard.
Check all power leads are pushed fully in and restart.

It's the third one. (DRAM).
And already did that no bent pins.

Tried to boot without RAM, still the orange led stays.
Don't have beeper!

It is possible you got defective RAM. Have anyone who could borrow you a stick of working DDR4 ram for test?

Have you removed the gpu and tried to boot that way.
Also reading on forums there can be boot problems with usb devices attached, so remove all usb devices and try again.
I would remove all the extra headers atached to the motherboard like audio usb incase there is a faulty one and its stopping you form booting.

Most of my friends got laptops, so no that's not an option. Most probably I'll try to get a replacement of the RAM.

Ok, what I did was remove everything, except my CPU. But again the orange LED.

Looks like RAM replacement is your only option for now.

Make sure that your ram is pushed in all the way, on both sides. You need to hear a click from both sides

Make sure the ram sticks are pushed in all the way until you hear two clicks. Put one stick in, make sure it's all the way in, and boot it. If it doesn't boot, probably the ram it's self
