Question Solid orange light. Won't boot.

Hello dear reader,

Currently my computer is not working. I got a new cpu, the Amd Ryzen 5 3000, and I installed it in the moning. It ran perfect. But I went out to a restaurant, and after I came back I tried to turn on my computer. But it won't start up. It runs. But it won't continue, the mouse, monitor, and the keyboard don't turn on. Simply the computer won't work fully. My question is how do I fix this. It is a solid orange light. Please someone help me!

Well, we need a lot more information. A computer from like Dell? Model number, etc. Not from a major mfg? Motherboard mfg & model number as well as RAM mfg & part number, all you can get.
