Last I checked.... $169 is a much "bigger" number than $99. That is not 'down', that is up!

At $99, they were certainly burning off inventory at a loss. During the period from late 2022 to late 2023, the storage industry was losing tons of money. That's why prices cratered. You'll see the same pattern, no matter which brand you look at.
