After I was forced to reinstall win10 on my pc, my GTX1080 is stuck at 1200mz clock speed, 810mhz memory clock, and is displaying 0mV voltage regardless of under load or not.

For example, performance in elden ring before reinstallation was 60 stable, on ryujinx running rdr1 framerates from 31-60 could be achieved. Now ER runs at ~30fps, rdr1 is unplayable running at 17-30fps maximum. Even just streaming my desktop on discord with barely any applications open causes GPU utilization to shoot up to 60% now.

I've already tried running reinstalling drivers, running DDU in safe mode and then reinstalling drivers (again) as well as messing with some NVIDIA control panel/ windows settings to no avail. After 3 days of trying to get my computer back to where it was I'm at my wit's end. Any help would be a godsent, thank you for any response.

Are there non-WHQL drivers installed? Or are these WHQL?

I ask because you said Win10 and I see CoPilot which means you have the Win10 "service pack" so to speak. Which build are you running? Does it say 22H2 or 23H2 in About in Settings?

thanks for the reply, 22h2 is the build I am running to answer your question. After further damaging my braincells, even more googling, and one stroke of luck later, turns out the solution to a multiple day problem was disabling and re-enabling the GPU in Device Manager. For some reason, the voltage monitor still reads 0 but everything else runs as good as it did before (if even better) after re-enabling. Wish I'd seen that fix sooner through the horde of complicated fixes that reddit pushes to the top.
