Hey, a couple of days ago I went to leave my apartment and put my computer to sleep I came back and woke it up but nothing would appear on-screen so I tried turning off the power using the power button but it did nothing. So I flicked the PSU off switch off and tried to turn it back on, but nothing happened except my graphics card light turned on. So thinking it was a PSU problem ordered a new one, but nothing changed graphics card light still is on but nothing else. I have not done the paper clip test on either of the PSUs. I would assume it is either the power button or the motherboard but don't know how to check

My old PSU was an EVGA 500B, and my new one is Seasonic S12III 550w

I have a ga-z170x-gaming 3 motherboard, and an Asus RX 580 graphics card

Remove the GPU from the motherboard, connect the monitor to the motherboard, reset motherboard bios and try again.

BTW, you replaced a bad PSU for a bad PSU.
