I see many cheap cases that come without any case fans at all.
Now if I go for a Ryzen 3 with Boxed Cooler (which I don´t plan on overclocking) and a Kfa2 GTX 1050ti OC (which of course comes with a cooler, but it is overclocked already) do I really need them in a microATX system?
And what would be the cheapest solution if I needed some?
Thanks for your help

Any cpu cooler needs a source of fresh air to do its job.
You need at least something unless you have a low TDP processor and no graphics card.

Concentrate on bringing in fresh air; it will exit SOMEWHERE taking heat with it.
If your intake source is filtered, you will get a second benefit; cleaner parts.

One 120mm is ok if you do not have a strong graphics card.

Otherwise. a pair of 120/140mm intakes is appropriate for a gaming system.

Yes, you need case fans. Preferably 2.
Pull in cool air from outside, blow hot air out the back.

Air and heat movement, not just blowing air around.
