my laptop has a system error 0xc000021a, as i was trying to install windows8 pro from windows 7 ultimate

Run a hard drive test in DOS...HIRENS CD etc, it sounds like a failing hard drive...

Put the memory dump file on the cloud. It beats just guessing at the problem.
WINLOGON_FATAL_ERROR (c000021a) is the logon process shutting down.
