[Solved] Free online help with my acer laptop problems

I bought Acer laptop Extensa 4130 of serial number LXEALoyo4292634B2A1601 almost 5 years ago. About a years ago I had a virus attack which made me to use my recovery cd. In the process of recovering the system it was noticed that one of the cd was bad. I sent my serial number to the manufacturer so that the fault could be resolved by them through internet but the response was that the system serial number does not exist.
At the moment the laptop is having series of problem which could cost me a fortune.
please assist because I don't know what to do.

There are several numbers, product codes and part numbers stuck to the underside of laptops that it's all to easy to mistake a part number or product code for a serial number.

Turn the unit over and re-check carefully to make sure you gave Acer the correct number. Serial Numbers are often preceded by the letters S/N
