So...
Everybody who have this problem with finding games with this specs are lucky if they are here now.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lot of people have problem with finding games for:
CPU: Intel Core i3-4030u 1.9GHz
GPU: Nvidia 820M 2GB
RAM: 4 GB

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And yeah I have DELL laptop with those system specs and I have played lot of games that need high system specs.
Games (those which I have played):
-GTA V (a bit laggy(sometimes))
-League of Legends
-Assassins Creed (I,II,III,IV,Rouge,Brotherhood,Revelations)(IV was bit laggy but it was playable)
-Watch dogs (a bit laggy too(sometimes))
-Sims 4
-Shelter 2 (requires low system specs)
-Minecraft
-Tomb Raider 2013 (works low to high)
-GTA San Andreas
-Hitman
-Stranded deep
-The forest
-Lego worlds (bit laggy because of massive worlds of bricks)
-Euro Truck Simulator (Its not ETS 2)

And Im waiting to play Rise of Tomb Raider (requires bit better specs than Tomb Raider)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It isn't truth that you cant play good games on those specs (especially on laptops)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If I helped anyone Im glad because of that.

Generally, when a game publisher states higher recommended specs, they are recommending that so the user does not have:
(a bit laggy(sometimes))
(a bit laggy too(sometimes))
(bit laggy because of massive worlds of bricks)

They want you to see the game in all its smoothy full resolution goodness, and not complain.

Actually, I think that's more for the support teams. If a customer has lags in performance and they do not meet the minimum system requirements, rather than trying to find the best possible scenario among thousands of possible PC configurations, they can simply say, "upgrade".

That too.
"I have a P4, 1GB RAM,and a 256MB graphics card. You need to help me play this properly"
'No, you need a better PC'

Yeah but I meant for example when I was playing GTA V sometimes I could play smooth and sometimes I couldn't.
So I meant like that.
