[Solved]Help needed! Black screen after starting windows..

Problem:
Last night while playing "Total War: Warhammer" my pc crashed.
After that, I have been unable to get past the "Starting Windows" screen ever since. After the Windows logo, my pc would go into "No Signal" mode and refuse to load anything.

Things I've tried:
1) Going into safe mode to do system recovery- Problem persists (Realised that GPU drivers update to the latest version on 3rd June to version 368.22)

2) Going into safe mode to uninstall the driver - I manage to startup all the way into windows. System auto detected my display card and installed the drivers. Restart into the same problem.

3) Going into safe mode to uninstall the driver with "Display Driver Uninstaller" to wipe all hidden files related to the display drivers - I can startup with the basic display card and problem persists when I did a installation of the display drivers again.

4) I've switched the display card onto another slot on the motherboard - Problem still persists.

I'm kinda at my wits end here. I've read many forums and tried what they recommended but I'm still stuck. Anyone have any advice?

Did you test the video card on another system that can run it? Try a clean Windows setup?

Try the computer without the card in it with onboard graphics, if that works you can pretty much nail it down to a bad video card or power supply issue.

Thanks, I am currently using pc with said problem via the onboard graphics.
My actual display card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670.
So how do I differentiate between bad video card or power supply issue?
I don't have a spare graphics card or PSU lying around to test, is there any other way that I can pinpoint the problem?

Only way to see if it's the video card or power supply is to test the components and see what works and what does not. If another card with the same power use or higher works in your system, it's likely the card. If it does not work, it could be the power supply.

I haven't done a Windows setup. I don't want to lose my files if I just need to replace my display card or psu.
I also haven't done anything with the RAM.

Trying a clean Windows setup is free though, having a tech test your system costs money. You don't need to lose any files if you install Windows on a spare hard drive, many people have extra drives around from old systems.
