[SOLVED] Internet considerably slower on desktop compared to laptop (via ethernet cable)

So the problem is that on my Desktop I get about 100/10, but on my laptop (over the same ethernet cable) I get 255/55 roughly. (See pic: http://i.imgur.com/VrBCzrX.jpg).

I have no idea what the problem is here. I've disabled my antivirus and tried different ethernet cables, but it works fine on my laptop - but on the desktop it's considerably slower.

Anyone's got any idea what might be wrong?

SOLVED: I downloaded new drivers from Killer Networking and it's fine now.

Sounds like the problem must be in your desktops network card then. Which one do you have?
