[SOLVED] No "Get Windows 10" app?

I'm 100% fully updated, on Windows 8.1 and my Windows is genuine, but the "Get Windows 10" app isn't on my taskbar! Am I doing something wrong?

See below. The "Get Windows 10" app is supposed to be where the red circle is, but it isn't!

It should be in your task bar. If not now, it should be there soon. You have to be connected to the internet though.

Yes, I am 100% sure of both of these.

Is program called GWX.exe running ? If no go to C:\Windows\System32\GWX and run the GWX.exe file.

Didn't do anything... Is there a certain time frame I should wait for results after running GWX.exe?

It seems that even after running the GWX.exe file, nothing happens. Task Manager doesn't report a GWX.exe file running anywhere.

Fixed it. I don't know which of the things that I did fixed it, but one of them did. Maybe it was just waiting. I don't know.
