[SOLVED] No POST after dusting

Yesterday I cleaned my Desktop Packard Bell iMedia S3810, but now it starts and my monitor have nosignal, the PC doesn't make a BEEP when I click the power button and I have to press it for 5 secinds to turn it off.

What I have tried:
-I changed the position of the CMOS JUPERS
-I removed the CMOS BATTERY battery for a night
-I cleaned the RAM sticks

What can I do? 🙁

(PS: I used a can of air to clean and I touched a piece of metal before touching anything)

You probably dislodged a connector; verify that all connectors are fully inserted. Another possibility is a broken component, but that shouldn't happen with a can of compressed air.

Thank you VERY much for tanking the time to answer, but what connector do you mean? Like the VGA connector? (sorry for my ignorance)

Did you remove them when cleaning the motherboard? Were they fully inserted?
