Pentium4 cpu 2.8ghz with 1.25 gbram,window7 operating system,which graphics card should i buy.while playing HD videos it's freezes and could not run.pealse suggest

Also, a lower end Pentium 4 will not be able to handle HD videos, nice graphics card or not.
