[Solved] Unable to Install Windows 7 pro cannot scroll down to click next on in

Here is the situation. I just put together a computer from scratch, bought a windows 7 pro 32bit. I get all the way to booting by disk and when the option to make choices comes up I am unable to give any directional commands to the system.

Thats what I meant by directional command with no response. the keyboard works during the BIOS but when I push through to getting the operating system started I get nothing. This has happened during several attemps.

Most Windows installation problems like this are normal due to memory problems, download and run memtest86 for at least three passes, if you get any errors you have found your problem. It is a good idea to run a good memory test program on a new build in any case.
