(Solved) Windows 10 Store Won't let me sign in

When I try to sign in (by hitting the sign in button at the top)
It brings up a popup that says Choose an account.
I choose my Microsoft account then the popup closes.

But I am still not signed in. No matter how many times I do it.

If anyone has some insight into this problem I would be very glad.

Try logging out of your Microsoft account and logging back in again, then sign into the Windows 10 Store. If this fails, create a new user account and login to the Store from there, then try it again with your main account.

Fixed by fresh installing Windows 10 off of a USB stick.
