Hi, I am looking for the most budget friendly list of parts for my first PC build. I plan on using PC for mild web browsing and to play League of Legends I have no company preference seeing that this is my first build and I have no part knowledge. Budget I'm shooting for 350-400 bucks for everything including os,keyboard etc.no os preference thx in advance
