Hello,i've just build my rig 3 weeks ago
RX480 8gb nitro+ oc
i5 6500
16gb
High Power PSU 500 watts
H110M-DGS
Everything is fine and runs smooth but i can hear a strange little buzzing while entering a game or playing if i come close to my desktop.Should i worry about the sound?

That seems like a decent score, but I would run this test and it should give you an idea of how well your components are working compared to other people's stuff. http://www.userbenchmark.com/Software I've used it as an idea of where I stand with my config. It will say something like your GPU is performing (as well as, worse than, etc) as others that have been tested.

Well it really depends on where the noise is coming from. If it is coming from the power supply, then I would worry about it and return it. If it is coming from the video card, then it could be "normal" as in many do have some sort of whine. You could send it in for replacement. If it is your PSU, try to return it and get a higher quality unit. You'll want at least a bronze certified unit and try to get something in a higher tier. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Well it really depends. If the GPU is not working as well as it should or you just don't want to worry about it, then send it back for a replacement. If it is working as expected and you can live with the noise, keep it. I would probably send it back, but then you'll be without your GPU for a while.
