some computes dont post without keyboard?

Solution
You'll need to look up the specific beep codes for that specific motherboard/bios to determine what is going on. You'll find them by entering the motherboard part number and "beep code" in a search engine, i.e.
Asus M4A785T beep codes
Some had a BIOS setting that could be turned off that told the machine to halt on any error or all errors. If it's a particular machine you are speaking of try booting with a keyboard and look in the BIOS for such a setting. I suspect the the BIOS reset sets that setting to on.

^^ Exactly. Many of the older computers had a BIOS option to 'halt on all errors', 'halt on no errors', 'halt on all but keyboard' - which would allow the computer to boot as a 'bare box' (ie: headless system like a server).

You can usually toggle this in the BIOS, so if it's triggering after you reset the BIOS, then hook a keyboard to it, toggle it back on, then reboot and remove it.

ok thanks so there is no possibility for computer not giving signal to monitor because of no keyboard ? without ram i get long beep codes with ram tested in Another computer i get short fast beep codes for about one minute then shuts down and starts over again seems like the motherboard dont like my ram after removing cmos battery and puttingit back in
