Question Some function keys are not working

Hi, please can somebody help me?
Notebook Acer Aspire E5 572G
Most of my function keys are not working. From F1-F12 are working only F1, F4 (which is also fn key with sleep), F8 (mute). Others like F7 (disable touchpad) or F11 for fullscreen doesn't work. Fn keys for brightness and volume are working. I didn't spill anything on the keyboard. I have tried unninstaling, updating drivers, restarting windows, cleaning notebook, replugged keyboard. I don't have F lock on. It's really annoying not be able to use keys for some programs.

If you don't have to press the Fn key to change the brightness then you can probably turn that off in the bios and have your F-key work normally again, otherwise you typically need to hold down the Fn key to get the F-key to work normally.

ex: if pressing F11 changes the volume then Fn+F11 should maximize the browser window.
