[SOLVED] Some Game issues

Noticed lately in gaming, especially in WoW, I have rendering delay and some slight glitching when entering new zones. Flying with the white textureless mountains and missing npcs and such.

Maximus V Formula Mobo (Asus)
2nd Gen i5-2500 CPU
Radeon RX 580 GPU
16 GB RAM
1TB HDD
650W Corsair Power Supply

Was considering intergrating a SSD in addition to HDD and using the SSD as a boot drive. Don't know if that would solve any of the issues I'm having, Built the system like 7 years ago. Only thing upgraded is GPU

Yes adding a game on an SSD will make some things faster in some instances but not performance wise like you woulds think. I believe your CPU is holding you back because its so many generations behind.

Any recommendations on a cpu upgrade that will not break the bank>?
