ok backgound story, i recently upgrade my mobo. CPU, RAM, SSD NVME so my spec is

I5-10400F
Asrock H470 Phantom Gaming
32Gb ram
GTX 1070 TI
klevv 512gb ssd
Corsair CS550 modular

I install windows everthing was fine until i move some of my data from my hardrive to my new SSD all of a sudden i got BSOD. i didn't think much of it at that time and just restart. after that i instal DCS(combat simulator) and 2 things would happen, either the game would crash where basically the terrain wasn't able to rendered or i got a BSOD with the error code dxgmms2.sys. And the BSOD didn't just happen when i was playing DCS but sometimes it happen randomly even when it was at idle

I took it back to the store, they reinstall some of the drivers and windows, swap part and stress test it(idk what they use but they didnt ise game). and they said i need to get a new PSU(now this could be just me being dumb falling for their trick) so anyway i did change my PSU to corsair RM750M

but of course the BSOD still happen so i decided to troubleshoot on my own

i did almost everthing like,
-memtest86,
-reinstall driver,
-reinstall windows,
-disable hardware acceleration,
-disable sleep,
  • run furmark for hours
  • run chkdsk with no bad sector
  • change tldr
-reinstall direct X

i still keep getting the same result. the last thing i did was uninstall graphics driver in safe mode using DDU and reinstsll it. I haven't got a single BSOD so far but some game keep crashing when i played

here are the game that crash
-DCS
-Rainbow 6 siege

here are the game that doesn't crash
-IL2 battle of stalingrad
-Heroes and Generals

i only have 4 games so far because of 3 world country internet.

does anybody know what should do next ?

here are some of the dump file

dxgmms2.sys.
that is DirectX. 99% of the time it crashes its caused by GPU drivers

Have you tried running DDU and using newer/older drivers from Nvidia. Another choice is after running DDU in safe mode, run windows update after startup and let windows find drivers for the GPU. They are older Nvidia drivers, might work better

Tried updating BIOS on motherboard?

I will ask a friend to convert dump files

i did this but it still doesn't fix it. R6 and DCS still crash

Tried updating BIOS on motherboard?

it says i'm on the latest stable BIOS 1.10. the other ones are Beta version

also i got another BSOD

well, it appears it doesn't like the new Nvidia drivers or the October 2020 ones. All 3 are DirectX and pretty clearly GPU. I have seen 10 series cards have problems with newer Nvidia drivers in the past, normal answer used to be WIn update but it seems those aren't that old anymore either. Might need to search to see what best drivers for card are.

not heard of Klevv before
try running crystaldiskinfo on the ssd - https://crystalmark.info/en/software/crystaldiskinfo/ - it should be fine, just checking since errors only started once you copied info to ssd.
more power always nice but blaming directx error on psu is a stretch. Still, its a good PSU.
Slaps Intel for removing igpu cores, can't run without gpu to see if its the card.

if this is the case then i really need a big favour. if you found a good driver then can you please upload it to google drive so i can download it? I've trying to download it from Nvidia website but it keeps failing. idk if its Nvidia server or my ISP i just coudln't download it from their web

can you run this, it makes a zip file, can you upload it and show me a link?
just want to be sure its a GPU problem before i go too far. the dumps sure make it look like it is
SysnativeBSODCollectionApp

https://filebin.net/d6a6w5y6c7xfvbit/SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip?t=fchsv2hc

whats this?
how do you reinstall DirectX when its part of win 10?

i meant changing the tdrdelay value
and downloading the Directx user run time installer. sorry i should say it clearer

if its not gpu its sure pretending to be

2 on 2/2/21 both gpu - dxgmms2!VidSchiSendToExecutionQueue
1 on 21/2/21 though it was dxgkrnl!BLTQUEUE::BltQueueWorker+0x13d
1 on 19/3/21 same as top 2
2 on 21/3/21 same as top 2

both are parts of directX, not sure what the meaning of initials are.
dxgkrnl - Directx Graphics Kernel, I can guess that one
dxgmms2.sys? DirectX Graphics...….

but i see Bluescreens that we don't have reports for. one of the 2/2/21 but those both look the same
one on 23/3/21

I guess you know your High definition Audio controller is disabled?

wish i had some ideas.

do you think its hardware related issues? i mean if it is then theres only 1 thing left to do which is swap part with my friends PC

and yeah i disable it caise it has the same hardware ids or that's what i read from the net. idk if that helps but i was kinda desperate

See if you can run your GPU in a friends PC and see if he gets any errors.

It could be the card, only as we tried several drivers, but I seen Nvidia cards do this before. Used to be able to fix it using Windows update drivers but Microsoft have updated those now.

Could try reinstalling win 10 as it might fix it as well.
