[SOLVED] Some games make my screen go a bit more dim

Hi all
I noticed when running some games like RDR2, after I exit, my screen seems much more dim, only seems to affect the monitor that it was on.
Has this happened to anyone?

I didn't see one
I just tried re running the game, and it doesn;t work but when I force close it my screen looks very washed out..

I think it does but I turned it off right now
