Some games not detecting mouse clicks

When I launch Rainbow Six Siege my mouse doesn't get detected sort of, it move around but when I click nothing happens.
Same with Minecraft.
But other games like ScrapMechanic and Ark detects it just fine.

did you check those games settings if mouse is set as active and not a game pad.

Minecraft doesn't have gamepad support.

so use the mouse detect settings in not the gamepad .

Actually I have just noticed that minecraft actually freezes up and rainbow only blocks up for mouse.

I have lready found the solution:minecraft i neede to upg.to a 64bit java and with rainbow i have to delete the settings file each time.
